We got a room with bathtubs. A microwave oven, a refrigerator, and kitchenware were a huge plus. The personnel was kind and pleasant.

Great Visit during COVID

We stayed in a spacious 2-bedroom suite which was perfect for our family. The suite had a kitchenette with all the necessary appliances, allowing us to prepare simple meals. Additionally, the hotel provided a continental breakfast, making our mornings hassle-free.

Upon arrival, we were informed that our room was not yet ready, despite it being well past check-in time. The front desk staff seemed unhelpful and unapologetic about the situation.

The room was spotless, equipped with bedroom as well as pullout couch, it accommodated us perfectly. The property's location was great and convenient, to events.

The room I got was impressive and perfect with pullout couch and bedroom, for example. Location: the hotel was adjacent to restaurants, KY. And the new shopping center. There was café Cookie Store, that I found within 10 minutes' walk of the venue.

The cleanliness of our room exceeded our expectations, with a comfortable and modern decor that made us feel at home. The kitchenette was well-stocked with all the necessary utensils and appliances, making it convenient for us to have a nice casual meal in our room. The spaciousness of the room and the abundance of storage space allowed us to feel comfortable and organized throughout our stay. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, providing us with a great night's sleep without any disturbances. Additionally, we appreciated the smart TV in the room, which offered a variety of entertainment options for us to enjoy. We also found the location of the hotel to be convenient, with shopping and restaurants nearby. our experience at Towneplace Suites in Bowling Green was excellent, and we plan to stay there again in the future.

One drawback of our stay was the limited breakfast offerings at the hotel. As someone who enjoys a warm breakfast with eggs, potatoes, and breakfast meat, I was disappointed that these options were not available.

Truly enjoyed every detail about our very nice 1 night stay here. The room was absolutely perfect, it had a shower and a hairdryer. The staff were kind and pleasant, gave us great tips. The restaurant was not very far from the hotel.

The location of the property was marvellous, to events. Besides, it was just next door to the new shopping center in Richmond and restaurant, shopping, and expressway and Bowling Green, KY.
